We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner
who will support and take ownership of the financials of the Business Units: "Frontier Markets" and "Immunology".
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Lead planning and control processes: reporting, analysis and control over BU / Department financials (reporting on monthly basis, analysis by product and channel, control of costs, rebates, profit).
- Short-term and Long-term planning ensuring compliance with Global and Local business strategies.
- Presentation of the business plan to the Senior Management Team.
- Communication with the Senior Management Team regarding financial issues.
- Sales and supply forecasting by channel by product in line with S&OP process.
- Support of business development projects.
- Business processes building and development.
Essential requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of IFRS; a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA would be an advantage.
- Experience in sales and profit planning and management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
- Experience with SAP.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- High level of responsibility, good communication skills, strong analytical skills, good presentation skills, self-starter.
