Finance Business Partner / Бизнес-партнер по финансовым вопросам

We are an international biopharmaceutical company focused on innovation, research and development of prescription medicines, primarily across the following therapeutic areas: oncology, cardiology, nephrology and metabolism; respiratory and autoimmune diseases; as well as rare diseases.

We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner

who will support and take ownership of the financials of the Business Units: "Frontier Markets" and "Immunology".

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Lead planning and control processes: reporting, analysis and control over BU / Department financials (reporting on monthly basis, analysis by product and channel, control of costs, rebates, profit).
• Short-term and Long-term planning ensuring compliance with Global and Local business strategies.
• Presentation of the business plan to the Senior Management Team.
• Communication with the Senior Management Team regarding financial issues.
• Sales and supply forecasting by channel by product in line with S&OP process.
• Support of business development projects.
• Business processes building and development.

Essential requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of IFRS; a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA would be an advantage.
• Experience in sales and profit planning and management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
• Experience with SAP.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• High level of responsibility, good communication skills, strong analytical skills, good presentation skills, self-starter.
