Investment Manager

BrickNest LA is a Los Angeles-based real estate development company. We build residential properties and raise private capital for our own development projects.

We are looking for an Investment Manager (U.S. Real Estate) who can independently identify qualified private investors, conduct negotiations, and guide prospects through the investment process.

Our Investment Product

- Residential real estate development projects in Los Angeles

- Minimum investment: $350,000

- Fixed annual return for investors: 12%

- Equity participation options may also be available to U.S. residents

- Investments are allocated to specific real estate projects

- The company provides presentations, financial information, and full support throughout the negotiation process

Responsibilities

- Independently identify and contact potential investors

- Work with cold leads, referrals, social media, professional networks, and personal connections

- Present BrickNest LA and its investment opportunities

- Evaluate each prospect’s interest and investment capacity

- Schedule meetings between qualified investors and the company’s founders

- Support prospective investors through the closing of the transaction

Who We’re Looking For

Relevant experience may include:

- Capital raising and investor acquisition

- Real estate investments

- Pre-IPO and alternative investments

- Private banking or wealth management

- Working with HNWIs and affluent private clients

- Sales of financial, investment, or premium products

- An existing investor network will be a significant advantage
