Junior Business Analyst

Setplex is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team.

We are looking for a curious and proactive person who is ready to learn, work with technical information, and grow in business analysis and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and task descriptions.
• Work with integrations and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with BA, Development teams.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• Initial experience in business analysis and technical education.
• Ability to gather, structure, and document requirements.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Basic understanding of REST API and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of LLMs and concepts such as prompts, tokens, chunks, and embeddings.
• Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
• English level — Intermediate or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Basic understanding of Git.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
• Experience in QA, technical support, or another IT role.
