Requirements:

• Higher education

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position

• Certification in knowledge of legislation in the field of HS and environmental protection (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance, ESG)

• Ability to develop and implement HS programs

• Skills in conducting training and instructions for personnel

• Experience in interacting with government agencies on HS issues

• Fluent in Russian and Kazakh languages (written and spoken), English proficiency at Intermediate level

• Responsibility, communication skills, and stress tolerance

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the HS management system and monitoring its operation

• Development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and programs to ensure HS in the organization

• Organization and conduct of training and instructions for staff on HS issues

• Analysis of production processes to identify and minimize risks to health and safety of personnel

• Organization and conduct of internal control in the field of HS

• Organization and coordination of HS work in structural units

• Organization of work on certification of workplaces and equipment for compliance with HS requirements

• Participation in the development of measures to prevent occupational diseases and accidents, improvement of working conditions

• Compilation of HS reports in established forms and within specified deadlines

• Control over the provision of the organization with equipment and mechanisms to improve working conditions, as well as collective and individual protection means

• Management and coordination of the HS service

• Interaction with state authorities and regulatory bodies on compliance issues

• Compilation of lists of professions and positions for which workers must undergo mandatory pre-employment, periodic, and pre-shift medical examinations, as well as lists of professions and positions based on current legislation when developing and revising HS instructions, organization of such examinations

• Registration, accounting, and analysis of accidents related to work activities, and occupational diseases, as well as ensuring investigation of work-related accidents in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

• Analysis of production processes to identify and minimize environmental emissions within the framework of Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) and participation in the development of relevant activities, plans, report compilation, and preparation of internal regulatory documents regulating this area.

Conditions:

• Five-day work schedule from 8:30 to 17:30 (weekends: Saturday and Sunday)
