Senior ERP Project Manager

Salary

USD 2,500 – 4,000 / month (depending on experience)

Job Description

• Lead ERP implementation projects for Japanese enterprise clients.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project deliverables.

• Coordinate communication between Japanese clients and the implementation team.

• Gather and analyze business requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder communications.

• Support ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Prepare project documentation and progress reports.

• Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating with consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders.

Required Skills

ERP Experience

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation projects.

• Experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead for ERP implementation.

• Experience with one or more major ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).

• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes.

Other Skills

• Business-level English.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Japanese companies or international clients.

• PMP or other project management certifications.

• Experience with digital transformation (DX) projects.

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
