SMM Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the daily operation and management of overseas social media platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook) and various online channels. Build and optimize the channel operation system, maintain customer relationships within the channels, and enhance channel engagement and user stickiness.

2.Lead the end-to-end process of KOL/KOC collaborations, including screening, negotiation, content co-creation, performance tracking, and post-campaign review. Leverage KOL resources to expand brand influence and achieve user growth targets.

3.Plan, write, and distribute official news, brand content, and product information across multiple channels. Control content quality and publishing rhythm to build a high-quality channel content matrix.

4.Possess strong data sensitivity. Monitor core operational metrics in real-time (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, follower growth, audience engagement). Identify operational issues through data analysis and iteratively optimize operational strategies and execution plans.

5.Track industry trends in channel operations and research competitors' operation models. Develop targeted channel expansion and operation enhancement plans based on business needs.

6.Complete data compilation, report generation, and regular reporting related to channel operations.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in channel operations or social media operations.

2.Proficient in Kazakh / Russian; able to independently handle content creation for overseas channels, audience communication, and KOL coordination.

3.Excellent data sensitivity and analytical skills. Highly capable of making data-driven operational decisions and able to independently conduct data reviews and strategy optimization.

4.Familiar with the rules, operational logic, and promotional mechanics of overseas social media platforms. Master the core methods of channel audience operation and user retention.

5.Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; able to efficiently drive KOL collaborations and cross-functional teamwork.

6.Proactive, highly execution-oriented, with a strong ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

7.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in overseas social media operations and/or private domain traffic operations.
