SMM & Personal Brand

We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Personal Brand Lead to build, scale, and own the founder’s personal brand from end to end.

This is not a task-executor role. We need a strategic owner and strong storyteller who can dissect top-performing creator strategies, turn company insights into high-impact content, and operate independently with minimal founder oversight.

Role Level: Senior Lead / Content Strategist

What You Will Own

• Personal Brand Strategy: Develop the roadmap, define core narrative pillars, and translate industry trends, customer wins, and founder insights into high-converting content.

• End-to-End Content Production: Research, conceptualize, write briefs/scripts, and manage production (short-form videos, founder posts, commentary, educational content).

• Storytelling & Reverse-Engineering: Dissect top industry influencers, adapt winning content frameworks, and craft compelling narratives around our product and ecosystem.

• Asset Repurposing: Build systems to turn case studies, product demos, and client stories into scalable social content pipelines.

• Partnership Amplification (Nice-to-have): Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners (e.g., Bubble, Lovable).

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of experience in SMM, Content Strategy, Creator Marketing, or Personal Branding (specifically for tech/SaaS founders or executives).

• Exceptional Storytelling & Writing: Mastery of short-form video scripts, long-form posts, and engaging narratives.

• High Ownership & Autonomy: Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, make independent judgment calls, and manage external creators/videographers.

• Tech / SaaS Savvy: Strong intuition for AI, SaaS, no-code, and developer ecosystems.

• Intuitive Analytics: Ability to spot content patterns, test new formats, and optimize for audience growth and engagement without getting lost in complex numbers.
