Data Engineer (Delphix)

Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Europe, North and South America.

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a new reliability-focused project.
The customer is a U.S. bank holding company that provides a range of financial services, including: retail banking, commercial banking, wealth management and trust services.

We offer 100% remote, full-time work with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows to support business and analytics needs.
• Build and optimize data integration solutions across enterprise databases, cloud platforms, and data warehouses.
• Automate data provisioning, refresh, and masking workflows using Delphix APIs and scripting.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines, database performance, and Delphix environments.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across multiple data platforms.
• Participate in data modeling, schema design, and database optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.

 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Delphix, including Data Virtualization, Data Masking, and provisioning virtual databases.
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Solid proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with modern data platforms, such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience integrating Delphix with enterprise databases and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong spoken and written English skills (Intermediate level and more)
