Playable Ads Developer

We’re looking for a Playable Ads Developer to join our marketing creative team. In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and creative producers to build and adapt engaging playable ads and interactive end cards, optimize assets, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-tap playable ads and interactive end cards based on pre-built templates and established workflows.
• Optimize graphic and audio assets for performance and platform requirements.
• Adapt and export creatives according to ad network specifications.
• Perform QA testing and troubleshoot issues before release.

Requirements:

• Understanding of basic game design principles, including timing, feedback, and progression.
• Ability to recreate simplified yet engaging gameplay experiences.
• Portfolio showcasing playable ads or other relevant interactive projects.
• Experience optimizing graphic and audio assets.
• Experience adapting visuals for different resolutions and aspect ratios.

Technical Skills:

• Basic proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Familiarity with at least one web game development framework (PixiJS, Phaser, PlayCanvas, etc.).
• Basic understanding of asset optimization techniques, including image and audio formats.
• Experience developing playable ads for mobile advertising platforms (Google Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, Mintegral, Meta, etc.).
• Understanding of playable ad structure, including interactivity and versioning for different user interaction flows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with mobile games in the puzzle and board game genres.
• Basic understanding of game design principles.
• Rapid prototyping skills.
