- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation / smeta preparation in industrial construction projects (oil & gas or energy sector preferred).
- Experience working in organizations involved in project management in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Strong experience in: Local and object smeta preparation, quantity take-off, cost calculations and verification
- Mandatory knowledge of Kazakhstan construction norms and pricing practices.
- Proven experience in preparation of Ф-2, Ф-3 (КС equivalents).
- Proficiency in: ABC-4 (or similar estimation software), AutoCAD, MS Excel,
- Experience with EPC or large infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
