Microsoft 365 Migration Consultant

DigitalTeam is hiring! We are looking for Microsoft 356 Migration Consultant to join our team!

Proven experience leading complete Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Strong in creating detailed Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
Hands-on experience with:
Entra ID (Azure AD)
Exchange Online
SharePoint Online
Teams
Intune
Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, Security & Compliance
Microsoft Defender
Familiarity with migration tools like BitTitan MigrationWiz
Good project management skills: planning, risk management, stakeholder communication
Excellent technical documentation and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Optional:
Microsoft certifications (365, Azure, Security)
Experience with large-scale or regulated migrations
Knowledge of security and compliance best practices

Responsibilities:
Design and produce a detailed Low-Level Design (LLD) for the new Microsoft 365 environment
Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migration, including key workloads: users, groups, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, SSO, DLP
Build and configure a new tenant
Set up and validate security policies (Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC)
Develop migration plans, runbooks, and communication strategies
Review licensing requirements and make recommendations
Troubleshoot issues and provide post-migration support
Produce operational and handover documentation
Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
