Contracts Manager - Hotel Accommodation

The role is responsible for the strategic direct contracting of competitive hotel accommodations within the assigned region, securing dynamic rates and availability for global distribution via. The primary objective is to achieve or exceed defined contracting and utilization targets in alignment with the company’s overall business strategies.

• Contract competitive rates, terms and conditions in alignment with business demands, strategies, and source markets.
• Regularly seek out special offers and support promotions via direct mail, social media and newsletters.
• Generate additional revenue through Incentive Contracts with Suppliers.
• Prepare and appropriately communicate statistical analysis of contracted hotel sales.
• Meet and or Exceed targets: contracts and utilisation

• 5+ years hotel contracting experience in the region, encompassing both dynamic and static scopes across chains, independents, 5-star, and 4-star hotels and apartments.
• Established and proven relevant network and track record.
• Strong Oral and Written English Language Skills (focus – business language).
