Senior Software Developer

About the Role

We're a software development agency where each developer owns their project end-to-end, supported by a strong AI agent infrastructure. We're looking for a Senior Developer who will be the technical backbone of the team- someone who writes solid code, makes smart architectural calls, and helps others get better along the way.

You'll own complex projects, step in when others are stuck, and help shape how we build software with AI tools. This isn't a management role, it's a hands-on engineering position with real technical authority.

Responsibilities

Development & Architecture

• Own full-cycle development on your projects from technical design to production

• Make architectural decisions: technology choices, system design, data modeling

• Handle the hard parts: complex integrations, debugging, performance issues

• Set technical standards that the rest of the team can follow

Technical Oversight

• Be the go-to person when developers hit a wall or make questionable decisions

• Spot-check solutions and code across projects- not constant reviews, but targeted input when it matters

• Help the team improve: share knowledge, point out better approaches, raise the bar over time

AI-Native Process Development (together with CTO)

• Evolve and maintain our AI agent pipelines from planning to deployment

• Improve how agents are orchestrated, validated, and integrated into daily work

• Experiment with new AI tools and approaches, bring what works into the process

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Solid understanding of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and monitoring

• Ability to set up and troubleshoot pipelines and deployments when needed

Required Experience

• 5+ years in fullstack development

• Strong TypeScript/Node.js, React or similar modern web stack

• DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

• REST APIs, system architecture, integrations

• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) beyond autocomplete

• Security best practices

• Fluent English and Russian

Nice to Have

• Experience leading or mentoring developers

• MCP integrations and AI agent orchestration

• Multiple frontend/backend frameworks (Vue, Next.js, Python/Django)

• Mobile development (React Native, Flutter)

• Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform, Pulumi)

• Agency/consultancy or startup experience
