Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a standout social media talent to own and elevate our brand presence across all platforms. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you’ll be behind the camera capturing our story in the field, and behind the screen turning that footage into content that stops the scroll. If you live and breathe content creation and want full ownership of a company’s social media voice, this is for you.

What You’ll Do
• Produce world-class, original content — video, photo, and graphics — that showcases our operations, people, and projects
• Plan, shoot, and edit footage in the field, including drone and on-location filming
• Run our social media platforms end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Grow our audience and strengthen brand awareness across channels
• Collaborate with the team to capture stories as they happen, often in remote and operational settings

What We’re Looking For
• A genuine content powerhouse — you have a portfolio that proves it
• Strong technical command of filming and gear — cameras, drones, lighting, and editing software
• Proven experience running a social media platform — not just posting, but building and managing a presence
• this is a local, full-time, on-site position
• A self-starter who can take an idea and run with it from concept to published post

• Business trips to the company’s project sites as required.
