What we're building
We’re looking for aspiring software engineers who want to build code, understand how complex products work, and learn to find problems before they reach users.
Not a manual tester, not a code-only tester — a full-spectrum QA engineer who builds automation and can reason through complex business logic to find scenarios no one scripted.
AI from day one: You will use AI for code writing, automation, test data generation, triage, and requirements analysis — and learn where it's wrong, which takes practice. AI kills the busywork but deciding what to test and what's broken is still on you.

- A structured mentoring program covering all aspects of QA testing over 4-5 months
- Automation: Playwright/Selenium — real code, real repos, real review
- API testing, databases, logs, CI/CD
- Test design, working with requirements, exploratory testing of complex logic
- AI tooling for QA — and its limits
- Upon successful completion, a full-time position on our team, working on projects for international clients across eCommerce, Gaming, consumer goods, and other industries
