Salesforce Developer (Certinia PSA)

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Developer (Certinia PSA) for a project delivering enterprise transformation solutions and building scalable business applications.

The customer is a global professional services organization with operations across multiple regions and a large international network of specialists. The company helps businesses address complex challenges, optimize operations, and support long-term growth through consulting, advisory, and transformation services. By combining industry expertise with modern technologies and data-driven approaches, it enables organizations to improve performance and adapt to evolving business needs.

The project is focused on delivering consulting and business transformation services for a large enterprise organization. It involves analyzing business processes, designing and implementing technology-driven solutions, and supporting digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, optimize performance, and enable sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Configuring and enhancing Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA functionality to support project delivery and professional services operations.
• Developing integrations with internal and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimizing platform performance and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Participating in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Contributing to solution architecture and technical design discussions.

Must-haves:

• Salesforce development experience for 4+ years.
• Commercial experience with Certinia (FinancialForce), preferably PSA.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Certinia Financial Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
