Devops engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale and evolve our production infrastructure in a highload environment.

You’ll work with Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and automation, taking part in technical decisions and building reliable systems in an AI-first engineering culture.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain reliable production infrastructure and high-availability systems;

• Manage Linux environments, networking, databases, load balancing, and backups;

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions;

• Automate operational workflows using Bash, Python, Golang;

• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and alerting;

• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system reliability.

Must:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in DevOps / SRE;

• Strong Linux administration experience: networking, system services, troubleshooting;

• Deep understanding of infrastructure design, networking fundamentals, and the OSI model;

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code practices: Ansible (roles, playbooks), Terraform;

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines: GitLab CI;

• Strong scripting skills with Bash or Python or Golang;

• Experience with container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes;

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK/Loki;

• Experience designing and operating highly available systems;

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP;

• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, operating systems, and networks.

Nice to Have:

• Kubernetes ecosystem experience: Helm, Argo CD;

• Experience with VPN, DNS, message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ;

• Experience with KVM virtualization;

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;

• Understanding and practical experience with AI-first engineering approaches.
