Обязанности (Responsibilities):

• Активный поиск и подбор персонала (Sourcing top talent) через LinkedIn, hh.uz и социальные сети.

• Проведение первичных телефонных и онлайн-интервью (Screening and interviewing candidates).

• Выполнение еженедельных и ежемесячных планов по найму (Meeting hiring KPIs).

• Ведение базы данных кандидатов и воронки подбора.

Требования (Requirements):

• Огромное желание работать и зарабатывать (Hard-working mindset). Мы ищем человека с высокой мотивацией и крутым ворк-этиком!

• Опыт работы от 0 до 2 лет (0–2 years of experience). Мы готовы обучать новичков с горящими глазами!

• Высокие коммуникативные навыки, позитивный настрой и стрессоустойчивость.
