We are looking for an experienced Travel Coordinator to join our team and manage the VIP segment of our medical tourism services.
This role is focused on providing exceptional, personalized support to high-end international clients throughout their journey in Kazakhstan. The ideal candidate understands the expectations of VIP travelers, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Our team coordinates every aspect of the patient's experience, including medical appointments, travel arrangements, accommodation, interpretation, and on-site assistance, ensuring a seamless and comfortable journey. Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel and logistics for VIP medical tourism clients.
- Provide on-site support in Kazakhstan, ensuring all travel arrangements are handled efficiently, responding promptly to patients' questions and requests, and providing proactive follow-up throughout their journey to ensure a seamless experience.
- Follow up with patients and clients before, during, and after their visits.
- Work alongside internal coordinators, providing administrative and operational support while assisting with communication with hospitals, hotels, and transportation providers.
- Handle schedule changes, special requests, and unexpected situations efficiently.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a travel agency or travel coordination role is required.
- Experience in VIP travel or luxury hospitality is essential.
- Experience in medical tourism is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Russian. Korean language skills are a plus.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
