Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of renewable energy projects, contributing to the achievement of annual team development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain strong working relationships with relevant external stakeholders, including but not limited to the Ministry of Energy, grid companies, and local governments in project locations.
• Facilitate project progress through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and issue resolution.
• Support business expansion and project execution in line with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the power or energy industry, with project development and/or project management experience. Experience in renewable energy is highly preferred.
• Strong capability in external affairs management, government relations, and business issue resolution. Relevant experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proficiency in Russian and Kazakh as working languages is required.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is a strong advantage.
