This is a full-time, paid seasonal internship designed for people who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain valuable experience in customer service. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while helping customers during our busiest time of the year.
Program Details

Paid Training: 4 weeks
Duration: August – Late January
Compensation: USD 700–800 per month
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Full-time
Throughout the program, you'll learn how to:
Communicate professionally with customers via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Understand our products, services, and internal processes.
Work as part of a collaborative international team.
Develop communication, problem-solving, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for people who:
Have excellent English skills (written and spoken).
Enjoy helping others and learning new things.
Stay calm and positive under pressure.
Can multitask and manage their time effectively.
Are flexible to work additional hours and weekends during the holiday season.
Speak additional languages such as Russian, German, French, Portuguese, or Spanish (a plus).
Have previous customer service or hospitality experience (an advantage, but not required).
Gain real-world experience with an international e-commerce company.
