Home care agency Get Full Care ( is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Community Outreach Specialist to help connect families with high-quality in-home care and companionship services. This role focuses on identifying individuals and families seeking care through online communities, responding appropriately, building lead lists, and executing email marketing campaigns.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent written communication skills, and is experienced with social media research and lead generation.
Community Monitoring & Lead Generation
Monitor Facebook and Nextdoor community groups for posts from individuals or families seeking:
In-home care
Senior care
Companion care
Caregivers
Dementia or Alzheimer's care
Respite care
Post-hospital care
Identify and qualify potential leads while following each group's rules and policies.
Respond to posts when permitted or notify the sales team of qualified opportunities.
Record all leads in the CRM with relevant details.
Monitor for individuals and families requesting home care or companionship services.
Identify qualified prospects that fit our service area.
Document opportunities and coordinate follow-up activities.
Email Marketing
Build and maintain prospect email lists.
Create and send email outreach campaigns.
Follow approved email templates and messaging.
Track email performance, including opens, clicks, and responses.
Maintain clean and organized contact databases.
CRM & Reporting
Update CRM with new leads and communication history.
Track daily outreach activities.
Submit weekly reports including:
Number of Facebook & Nextdoor groups monitored
Number of opportunities identified
Qualified leads generated
Emails sent
Response rates
Qualifications
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with or similar caregiving platforms preferred but not required
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Customer service, healthcare, or marketing experience is a plus
