Financial Controller (Luxury Hospitality)

We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure effective financial management across the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a systematic approach to process management, and extensive experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and control financial processes across the business.
• Monitor daily revenue and expenses across hotel operations, restaurants, spa, and leisure activities.
• Control Food & Beverage cost of sales, logistics expenses, and payroll costs.
• Prepare management reporting in accordance with USALI standards.
• Analyze budget variances, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow reports.
• Participate in the implementation, integration, and automation of financial accounting processes.
• Develop and improve internal financial control procedures.

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a finance-related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Experience with CRM systems and financial automation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience participating in accounting system implementation and automation projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets; experience with BI systems is considered an advantage.
• Results-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with HoReCa operational systems (POM, POS, 1C).
• Solid experience preparing and analyzing P&L statements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to establish and improve business processes.
• Flexible, resilient under pressure, and customer-oriented.
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or above.

Position Information

Work Schedule: 5-day working week.
