Customer tech support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the U.S. trucking/logistics industry is required.
• Experience working with a TMS is a strong advantage.
• Strong English communication skills (B2–C1 or higher).
• Russian language is a plus.
• Good computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  
  Part-time or hybrid work is not allowed. The candidate must be fully focused and committed to working with us full-time.

  If the candidate has strong experience in logistics, they will not be micromanaged and can work independently!
