We are looking for a Trainee Affiliate Manager to join the team. This is an entry-level position for candidates who want to start a career in affiliate marketing and gain hands-on experience within the iGaming industry.

The main focus of the role will be searching for new partners, communicating with them, and building long-term affiliate relationships. No previous experience is required — we provide training and help candidates gradually grow and develop within the field.

We are looking for motivated beginners with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a responsible approach to work, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

— Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English and fluent Arabic;
— Confident communication and negotiation abilities;
— Well-organised, detail-oriented, and reliable approach to work;
— Comfortable with routine operational tasks and regular partner interaction;
— Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment;
— Familiarity with digital marketing concepts would be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Search for and communicate with new partners;
— Build and maintain long-term affiliate partnerships;
— Monitor traffic quality and partner performance daily;
— Achieve individual KPIs and performance goals;
— Optimise traffic and partnership performance to improve results;
— Communicate with partners, negotiate terms, and resolve ongoing issues;
— Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations;
— Maintain reporting and handle daily affiliate management tasks.
