We are looking for a proactive PR Specialist to develop and manage external partnerships across Central Asia. The role will focus on KOL and agency cooperation, media and partner relationship building, as well as developing university and campus networks to support brand campaigns, product launches, and youth-focused activations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, creators, agencies, media partners, and local marketing partners across Central Asia.
Identify suitable KOLs and agencies for product launches, campaigns, events, and long-term brand cooperation.
Support KOL outreach, negotiation, briefing, contract coordination, content follow-up, and campaign reporting.
Develop partnerships with universities, student organizations, campus communities, and youth-related institutions.
Plan and execute campus activations, student collaborations, ambassador programs, and university-based events.
Explore cooperation opportunities with local cultural, lifestyle, entertainment, and youth-focused IPs.
Coordinate with internal teams including Social Media, Community Operations, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns.
Prepare PR proposals, partnership presentations, contact databases, activity reports, and performance summaries.
Monitor local market trends, competitor partnerships, KOL performance, and emerging collaboration opportunities.
Ensure all external cooperation follows brand guidelines, approval processes, timelines, and budget requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, agency management, partnerships, events, or campus marketing.
Strong network or proven ability to build relationships with KOLs, agencies, universities, or youth communities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and project coordination skills.
Familiarity with Central Asia’s social media, influencer, and youth culture landscape.
Russian and English proficiency is required;
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
