Our team includes more than 35 professionals who value clear communication, engineering quality, and continuous development. We are now looking for a Ventilated Façade Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to challenging international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design ventilated façade systems based on architectural drawings, technical requirements, and project specifications
- Work with point cloud data to ensure accurate alignment with existing building geometry
- Prepare technical drawings, details, and project documentation in line with applicable standards
- Support the selection and optimization of materials, systems, and technical solutions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Participate in solving technical challenges during the design and coordination process
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in façade design, building envelope engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ventilated façade systems, substructures, cladding materials, and installation technologies
- Confident skills in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Civil 3D, or similar tools will be an advantage
- Experience working with point cloud data and façade modeling
- Ability to prepare accurate technical drawings and construction documentation
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with the ability to communicate in professional discussions
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset
