MILC school is a modern bilingual school with a preschool division, where children from 2 to 18 years old embark on their educational journey. We are not simply a school that teaches languages - we are a community where two cultures, two languages, and two educational traditions come together to create a truly unique learning environment. Our Philosophy We believe that education is not about filling a bucket, but about lighting a fire. Our proprietary bilingual curriculum is carefully designed to combine the depth and rigor of Russian academic traditions with the creativity, critical thinking, and student-centered approach of international education. Every lesson, every project, every conversation is crafted to help students become confident, curious, and compassionate global citizens. What Makes Our School Special Authentic bilingual environment. Language is not a subject here - it's a way of life. Our students switch between Russian and English naturally, thinking, creating, and expressing themselves in both languages. Native-speaking teachers work alongside Russian educators, creating a rich linguistic ecosystem where every child finds their voice. Academic excellence with heart. We prepare students for international examinations (IB, A Levels, Cambridge), but we measure success not only by test scores. We celebrate curiosity, kindness, and the courage to ask difficult questions. Our graduates are not just academically strong — they are thoughtful, articulate, and ready for the world's top universities. Balance of mind and soul. Alongside rigorous academics, we nurture creativity, sport, and the arts. Our school is filled with music, theater productions, science fairs, literary debates, and sports competitions. We believe a well-rounded education shapes not just the mind, but the character. Modern learning environment. Our classrooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards and our own internal electronic journal system. Technology serves pedagogy here - it enhances learning, not replaces it. Teachers receive full onboarding and ongoing technical support, so they can focus on what they do best: inspiring students. A community that cares. We are a close-knit team of passionate educators who respect and support one another. Our leadership values every staff member, listens to ideas, and creates conditions for professional growth. We celebrate achievements together, share meals at our communal lunches, and treat each other with genuine warmth and respect. A space designed for learning. Bright, spacious classrooms, cozy preschool rooms, everything is thoughtfully designed to make both students and teachers feel comfortable and inspired. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a Native-Speaking English Language & Literature Teacher who shares our passion for the written word and wants to be part of something bigger than a typical teaching job. If you believe that literature can change lives, that language opens doors to new worlds, and that every student deserves a teacher who truly sees them — you will feel at home with us. We offer a supportive environment, competitive compensation, delicious on-site meals, and the opportunity to shape the minds of the next generation in a school that truly values its teachers.

MILC school is a modern bilingual school with a proprietary curriculum, where we believe that art is not just a subject — it's a way of thinking, seeing, and expressing oneself. We are seeking an experienced native-speaking Art Teacher who will inspire our students to discover their creative voice, develop visual literacy, and build portfolios that open doors to the world's top art universities.

About the Position:

You will teach Visual Arts to students Grades 6-12, working across traditional and contemporary media. Our school operates on a bilingual model with an author-designed curriculum that integrates the rigor of classical art education with the experimental spirit of contemporary practice.

  • Proven track record of preparing students for international exams with high results and successful university placements.
  • Strong personal art practice and familiarity with contemporary art trends.
  • Experience working with diverse media: traditional (drawing, painting, sculpture) and digital (Photoshop, Illustrator, digital photography).
  • Academic discipline: readiness to work within the school's established concept, without unauthorized deviations from the author's curriculum.

  • Work schedule: part time, flexible.
  • Work location: 5 min. by foot from Vodniy Stadion metro station
  • Professional growth opportunities, attendance at art education conferences, and participation in curriculum development.
