Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including with travel product suppliers such as airlines and hotels.
- Providing legal advice to commercial business units on ongoing projects and initiatives (within the scope delegated by Senior), including preparing legal opinions.
- Assisting with compliance efforts, particularly in data protection, consumer protection, marketing/promotions and travel laws – monitoring changes, preparing briefings, and helping implement requirements.
- Keeping up to date with new legal and compliance developments and preparing concise summaries for the business.
- Building and maintaining working relationships with internal teams (HR, Finance, travel product Business Units, Marketing, Customer Service) to resolve legal issues efficiently.
- Creating practical guidance documents for employees on key legal topics.
- Assisting in resolving legal disputes and handling customer complaints – analyzing claims, drafting draft responses, and gathering documents for external counsel.
- Developing and improving internal processes from a legal perspective (e.g., checklists, contract approval workflows).
- Supporting employment law matters – reviewing local policies, assisting with disciplinary documentation, advising HR within agreed competence limits.
- Assisting with corporate maintenance – maintaining contract registers, preparing standard corporate documents, and interacting with registration authorities.
- Instructing local law firms on behalf of Senior – setting tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality, and preparing materials for external consultants
What you'll Need to Succeed:

Education: completed Master's degree in law with prior Bachelor's degree also in law

English: B2–C1
-
Prior experience: 2–5 years of full-time work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from HSE, MSU, MGIMO, or MSAL are preferred.
