About VillaCarte Group:
VillaCarte Group has been operating since 2012. The group includes development projects Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas, and Layan Verde; real estate agency VillaCarte; proptech project Sabai; and La Green Hotel.

What you'll be doing:

• Shaping the group's digital strategy
• Building and implementing cybersecurity practices
• Protecting corporate data and access, managing backups, ensuring VPN, server, and cloud infrastructure uptime
• Managing the IT team and developing a creative team culture
• Driving automation and optimization of business processes, including active use of modern AI solutions
• Leading key projects from concept to launch

What we're looking for:

• Ability to design IT architecture aligned with the holding's business goals 3–5 years ahead
• Experience implementing ERP, BI, and platforms for clients/partners/projects
• Experience managing a team of sysadmins, developers, and DevOps engineers
• Budgeting and IT cost control, project ROI ownership
• Experience setting up systems for construction control: schedules, budgets, photo documentation, BI dashboards
• Understanding of construction and development logic is a strong plus
• Ability to "translate" between technology and business language for CEO, CFO, construction, and sales teams
• Strong project management skills
• Leadership and team collaboration
• Flexibility and resilience under pressure
• Hands-on willingness to build IT processes from scratch
• English B2
