SMM Manager

We are looking for a creative and proactive SMM Manager to join our team and take responsibility for developing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, and promoting our projects across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's social media strategy.
• Create, manage, and maintain content plans and publishing calendars.
• Produce and publish content tailored for various social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts.
• Increase audience engagement and expand the follower base.
• Launch, manage, and optimize targeted advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content and advertising campaigns.
• Generate ideas for content rubrics, Reels, Stories, videos, and special projects.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an SMM or similar role.
• Fluent Russian and Uzbek language skills are mandatory.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience working with Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with targeted advertising tools and campaign management is an advantage.
• Creativity, responsibility, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
