Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with strong experience in mobile application testing for iOS and/or Android platforms to join our team working for a leading U.S.-based healthcare technology company providing practice management software for aesthetic clinics, medspas, and wellness centers. Hundreds of clinics across the country trust us to streamline operations, improve patient experience, and grow their practices.

Technical requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in manual QA
• Strong experience in mobile testing (iOS and Android applications)
• Deep understanding of software testing principles and SDLC
• Experience in creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and checklists
• Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or similar
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g. Jira)
• Experience testing releases via TestFlight and/or Google Play Console
• Basic knowledge of log analysis (device logs, crash logs)
• Experience using AI tools to support QA activities (e.g. test case generation, bug report writing, log analysis)
• English B2 or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with test automation frameworks (basic understanding is sufficient)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience with cross-platform applications (e.g. .NET MAUI)
