To ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts;
This generally includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management;
Cuurent role in the contract development process requires close collaboration with various departments, including Construction, Legal direction, Account management, Purchase operations, Logistics direction on site and Finance direction;
Qualifications:
At least 3(three) year of experience in contract management;
Experience in contract management in the industrial sector is preferred, including contracts related to manufacturing, service, and life support services.
If none available, experience in the mining or oil and gas industries;
Experience with international contracts is preferred;
Ability to interact and communicate in a complex cross-functional and multicultural environment;
Knowledge of the legislative and administrative documents, methodological and regulatory materials related to work performed, office work rules, rules and safety regulations, industrial hygiene and fire protection.
Strong computer skills including MS Office (especially Excel);
Terms:
Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00;
