MedPobeda is a growing medical tourism company working in partnership with KIMS Hospital, India, helping patients access world-class medical treatment abroad.
Responsibilities - Promote our medical tourism services to potential clients
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment options and travel arrangements
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, social media, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Coordinate with hospital representatives and internal teams
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and clients
- Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful cases
- Maintain accurate records and client databases
Requirements - Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Marketing, sales, customer service, or healthcare-related experience is preferred
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
