Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience in writing and producing user assistance deliverables for software products and services.
- University degree in technical writing, technical documentation, translation, or an equivalent field of study.
- Willingness to adapt quickly to change and acquire knowledge.
- Strong independent working skills combined with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse global team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (С1).
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with DITA-based content management systems.
- Understanding of basic UI/UX concepts and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables to help users understand complex SAP software. These deliverables include, but are not limited to: terminology, UI text, user guides, multimedia content, API docs, and in-app help.
- Participate in and drive innovative projects to improve UA deliverables, processes, and content.
- Work closely with product management and development teams to deliver clear, concise, and accurate content.
- Build deep product knowledge, stay current with new trends and skills in user assistance, and share your learnings with the team.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve content.
- Be the advocate for user experience in your interactions with product management, development, and UX teams.
