Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics
Languages: Russian and English – compulsorily
Work Experience: 2-3 years on relevant position
Standard Knowledge and Skills:
- Good communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal departments and key contacts
- Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
- Knowledge and ability to use relevant internal systems
- Ability to complete a variety of related tasks
- Pro-actively solve problems
Duties:

Prepares of AR Statement for CEO and Directors on daily basis

Makes balance by due date reports upon request and every Monday for Export dealers

Manages Export sales orders release and sales confirmation

Manages registration and modification of new Export dealers
- Prepares Quarterly Penalty report for Export customers
- Manages preparation and sending of overdue and penalty letters
- Monitors weekly overdue and credit reconciliation in IRMS system
- Manages daily Export offsets
- Launches monthly Credit Committee approval
- Gather from Sales team and check information for Limit Application form, for further CL request process.
- Prepare and upload insurable sales turnover for yearly Insurance Premium payment In IRMS.

- Manages vouchers for payment to Insurer, Insurance Premium (Minimum, and remain premium)
- Timely passes the mandatory electronic training of the Company
- Performs the additional errand by Company management
- Keeps dress code standards (Smart casual)
