Data Validation Engineer

Andersen is hiring a Data Validation Engineer for a project delivering large-scale analytics solutions and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability across data platforms.

The customer is a technology-driven organization that provides digital services and infrastructure solutions for both residential and business customers. The company focuses on delivering reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions, continuously investing in technology and service development to meet evolving customer needs and support long-term growth.

The project is focused on developing data-driven audience measurement and advertising analytics solutions powered by connected-device and media consumption data. It leverages machine learning and large-scale data processing to help media companies, advertisers, and content providers better understand viewer behavior and engagement across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Integrating and managing data from various MarTech platforms and internal operational systems.
• Developing and optimizing scalable data models using advanced SQL and Snowflake.
• Performing data profiling, data quality assessments, and data validation activities.
• Ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of business-critical data.
• Executing migration validation and data reconciliation processes during system upgrades and expansions.
• Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies and quality issues.
• Leveraging GraphQL for efficient data querying and API integrations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business and marketing objectives.
• Supporting the optimization of marketing strategies through data analysis and reporting.
• Enhancing customer experience initiatives by providing reliable and accessible data assets.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving data workflows and platform performance.
• Contributing to continuous improvements in data architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Supporting strategic initiatives through scalable and high-quality data solutions.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Data Engineer for 3+ years.
• Experience with advanced SQL.
• Experience working with Snowflake.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience in data profiling and data quality assessment.
• Experience in data modelling.
• Experience in migration validation and data reconciliation.
• Experience with MarTech integrations and marketing technology platforms.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have:

• Experience with C# for reading, understanding, and maintaining legacy codebases.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce data model.
• Experience working with Databricks.
• Understanding of the telecommunications domain and related business processes.
