Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Insights Support
- Assist in conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights, trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the development of brand positioning, messaging, and campaign ideas aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
2. New Product Launch Support
- Assist in coordinating new product launch activities, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TS, CA, SCM) to ensure smooth execution.
- Help prepare post-launch performance tracking.
3. Brand Communication & Campaign Execution
- Assist in developing marketing materials (POSM, print, digital assets, prizes, etc.).
- Coordinate with creative and production agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support campaign execution across channels and help track performance and results.
4. Digital Tool (Telegram Bot) Support
- Support the management and daily operation of the Telegram Bot (campaign updates, content uploads, contest coordination).
- Assist in planning digital engagement activities (promotions, contests, content updates).
- Monitor performance metrics and help prepare analytical reports.
- Coordinate prize logistics and ensure timely delivery to winners.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with agencies when required.
5. General Team Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Brand Team.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action points.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in marketing, branding, and digital tools.
