Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant Job Description:

1. Maintain effective communication with internal departments, coordinate cross-functional matters, and provide financial guidance and support to business teams;

2. Independently handle daily accounting in compliance with local regulations, including EPC project accounting, revenue and cost accounting, payment and collection accounting, equipment import/export accounting, inventory and fixed asset accounting, fixed asset capitalization and management, and exchange application accounting;

3.Review and organize petty cash, reimbursement, payment, and collection documents; prepare supporting documents for online banking and ensure proper filing and document management;

4.Perform petty cash and reimbursement reconciliation, annual clean-up, and regular checks of fixed assets and inventories;

5. Prepare draft tax filings and statutory reports, including but not limited to Forms 100.00, 200.00, 300.00, 700.00, 701.00, 870.00, 910.00, property tax, and other tax declarations;

6.Support annual closing, tax settlement, statutory audit, and maintain communication with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government authorities;

7.Responsible for issuing electronic invoices, review project completion documents, maintain effective communication with Project Finance Managers, and monitor local tax and foreign exchange policies to identify compliance risks and provide financial recommendations;

8.Assist supervisor with reporting, analysis, and other assigned tasks;

9.Be able to bear pressure, deal with unexpected events, and adapt to temporary overtime work, have qualification of local accountant and power to sign audit report.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of financial work experience;

2. B2 or higher level of proficiency in English;

3. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field;

4. Proficient in 1C system and be able to use office software skillfully;

5. Over the whole process financial accounting and management of EPC project;

6. Have professional knowledge of financial accounting, and be familiar with local financial policies and regulations, accounting standards;

7. Have strong professional competence, organization, and coordination ability, as well as the ability to solve practical problems in work;

8. Be able to bear pressure, deal with unexpected events, and adapt to temporary overtime work, have qualification of local accountant;

9. Having good professional ethics, proactive and able to adapt to challenging work situations.
