Systems Analyst

We are in search of a Systems analyst ready to take our team to the highest standard of product quality.

If you have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst/Architect in an IT company.
• Proficient in working with XML, JSON, and understanding the principles of REST, SOAP, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with ER diagrams and modeling business processes (UML, IDEF, etc.).
• Proven ability to write documentation, including functional/business requirements and technical specifications for development.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, user interface design, and application integration.
• Hands-on experience in software development and describing database structures.

Nice to have:

• Experience in database design.
• Knowledge of distributed systems principles (clustering, partitioning, sharding).
• Familiarity with the mentioned technology stack.
• Familiarity with reading code in TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
• Higher technical education.

• Evaluate and implement optimal solutions for assigned tasks.
• Clarify, detail, and systematize functional and non-functional requirements for new products from business stakeholders.
• Define requirements for features, both new and enhancements to existing ones.
• Participate in architecture development, discussing implementation options with the architect and development team.
• Decompose and analyze tasks in the backlog.
• Collaborate with the team to estimate task complexity.
• Formulate suggestions for optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, improve service performance, and reliability.
