Administrative Intern (Temporary Maternity Leave Cover)

Duration: 3–4 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to employees and management.
• Coordinate meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records.
• Update and maintain internal databases, trackers, and reports.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers on administrative matters.
• Support business travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, if required.
• Manage office supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Perform other administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as requested by the team and manager.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• English language proficiency is an advantage.
