Current Schedule (Tampa, FL – Eastern Time, UTC−5 / UTC−4 during Daylight Saving Time)
7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Compensation:
-First 2 months (probation): $4/hour
-After probation: $5/hour
-100–160 working hours per month
-6-hour shifts, scheduled monthly based on your available days, with exact shift times assigned by the company.
Nice to Have:
Spanish (B1+ or higher) is a strong advantage
About the Role:
You will be supporting customers of U.S.-based appliance repair companies (located in Florida, Arizona, and California).
Requirements:
- English level: B2-C2 with clear pronunciation
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
- Personal computer or laptop
- Headset with microphone
- Stable high-speed internet connection
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via SMS
- Make outbound calls when necessary
- Create, edit, and schedule service jobs and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians via internal work chat
- Follow company policies and quickly adapt to updates
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Handle difficult situations with tact
- Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
