🎓 4PREP ACADEMY — Admissions Consultant (Europe)

📌 About the Company:
4PREP ACADEMY is an international education consulting company based in Tashkent. We help students from Uzbekistan gain admission to universities in Europe, the USA, and the UK with high scholarships (up to 90%) and successfully obtain student visas.

📋 Responsibilities:
• Providing consultations to students and parents on studying at European universities
• Evaluating student profiles: GPA, IELTS/TOEFL scores, budget, sponsor, and academic/career goals
• Selecting universities and programs based on the student's profile and scholarship potential
• Managing the admissions process: motivation letters, CVs, recommendation letters, application forms, deadlines, and portals
• Communicating with universities via email and application portals
• Preparing visa documentation and developing visa strategies

✅ Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in international education, admissions, or education consulting — REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of European university admissions systems (Germany, Netherlands, France, Poland, Czech Republic, etc.) — REQUIRED
• English proficiency at an advanced level (IELTS 7.0+ preferred); knowledge of European languages (German, French, etc.) — a strong advantage
• Ability to communicate confidently with parents, clearly explaining the process and potential risks
• Integrity and a results-oriented mindset

💰 Conditions:
• Salary: $700–$1,000 net + performance-based bonuses
• Bonus for each new student enrolled
• Bonus upon receiving an admission letter / scholarship confirmation
• Bonus after a successful visa outcome
(Total income depends on the number of cases and quality of work)
• Full-time position, office-based in Tashkent
