Anti-Fraud Operation Manager (iGaming)

About the role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytically sharp Middle Anti-Fraud Operations Manager to join our Operations team. You'll be responsible for detecting and preventing fraudulent activity across our platform - from analysing user behaviour and transactions to conducting full KYC/SOF/SOW compliance checks.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyse gaming activity and transactions to detect fraud schemes in a timely manner

• Verify document authenticity: identify forgeries, alterations, and digital manipulation

• Conduct KYC, Source of Funds (SOF) and Source of Wealth (SOW) checks; perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

• Detect and prevent bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and other platform misuse

• Analyse user behavioural patterns to uncover organised fraud groups and collusion schemes

• Monitor and assess the quality of incoming traffic

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Payments, and VIP teams on active investigations

• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and compliance standards

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in an anti-fraud role (candidates slightly below may be considered if their skills are strong)

• Deep knowledge of iGaming fraud schemes: bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, account takeover, collusion, and affiliate fraud

• Hands-on experience with KYC, SOF/SOW procedures, and EDD compliance

• Proven ability to analyse transactional and gaming activity, link accounts, and identify coordinated fraud rings

• Proficiency with document validation

• tools and high-risk incident investigation

• Understanding of AML standards and risk-based approach

• Russian (native/fluent); English - B2 (confident professional use). German at any level is a plus

• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, initiative, accountability, and a collaborative approach
