We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to own our lead management infrastructure and ensure that every lead generated by our marketing activities is properly captured, processed, tracked, and reported.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining CRM accuracy, optimizing lead workflows, improving operational efficiency, and providing reliable data that supports decision-making across the department. You will work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and external partners to ensure smooth lead processing and high-quality reporting.

CRM Management & Administration
Own and administer the CRM platform, including pipeline stages, fields, automations, and lead routing
Define and enforce the lead lifecycle from capture to conversion (resident / exporter)
Maintain CRM structure, data integrity, and operational efficiency
Integrate Meta lead forms and landing pages into the CRM
Lead Operations & Process Optimization
Track and improve lead-processing SLA, including time-to-first-touch and time-in-stage metrics
Coordinate lead routing processes and ensure timely lead assignment
Work closely with the outsourced call center to maintain lead processing quality and feedback loops
Support continuous improvement of lead management workflows
Analytics & Reporting
Run monthly lead-loss analysis using reason codes and leakage reports
Maintain data quality through deduplication, validation, and reporting controls
Monitor pipeline performance and identify operational bottlenecks
Provide accurate reporting and insights to support departmental decision-making
Higher education in IT, analytics, economics, marketing, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, sales operations, or analytics
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Bitrix24, amoCRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Working knowledge of SQL
Understanding of lead funnels, attribution models, and SLA management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Russian and English (Intermediate+)
Uzbek is a plus
Experience working with marketing teams and lead generation campaigns
Experience building dashboards and automated reporting systems
Understanding of marketing attribution and campaign performance metrics
Experience working with CRM integrations and automation tools
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions
