I. Responsibilities

  1. Customer Reception & Needs Analysis
    Proactively greet walk-in customers, understand their budget, purpose, preferences, etc., and provide professional advice.

  2. Product Introduction & Demonstration
    Master the configuration, performance, selling points and competitor differences of each model; conduct static display or test drive guidance to highlight product advantages.

  3. Negotiation & Closing
    Conduct price negotiation according to company pricing policy, handle objections, facilitate order signing, and assist with financing, insurance, registration procedures.

  4. Customer Relationship Maintenance
    Build and maintain customer files, regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to increase referral and repurchase rates.

  5. Showroom & Test Drive Vehicle Management
    Keep display vehicles clean and signage clear; be responsible for daily inspection and registration of test drive vehicles to ensure compliance with reception standards.

  6. Sales Target Achievement
    Achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs including sales volume, accessories, financial penetration rate, etc.

  7. Market Information Feedback
    Collect competitor activities, customer price sensitivity, and market trends; report to sales manager for strategy adjustment.

II. Requirements

  1. Education & Experience
    High school or college degree or above; must have automotive sales experience.

  2. Skill Requirements
    Familiar with automobile structure, functions, parameters, etc.

  3. Soft Skills

    • Good communication and listening skills

    • Strong stress tolerance and goal orientation

    • Strong service awareness, patience and attention to detail

    • Teamwork spirit, able to cooperate with marketing and after-sales activities

  4. Appearance & Character
    Neat appearance, no obvious tattoos; no bad credit or criminal record.

III. Conditions

  1. Working Hours
    4 days off per month, holiday shifts.

  2. Compensation Structure
    Base salary + commission.

I. Mas'uliyatlar

  1. Mijozlarni qabul qilish va ehtiyojlarini tahlil qilish
    Do‘konga kirgan mijozlarni faol kutib olish, ularning byudjeti, maqsadi, afzalliklarini aniqlash va professional maslahat berish.

  2. Mahsulotni taqdim etish va namoyish qilish
    Har bir modelning konfiguratsiyasi, texnik xususiyatlari, afzalliklari va raqobatchilardan farqini mukammal bilish; statik ko‘rgazma yoki sinov haydovchisi orqali mahsulotning kuchli tomonlarini ko‘rsatish.

  3. Savdolashish va bitimni rasmiylashtirish
    Kompaniya narx siyosatiga muvofiq narx muzokaralarini olib borish, e'tirozlarni bartaraf etish, shartnoma imzolanishiga erishish va kredit, sug‘urta, ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazish jarayonlarida yordam berish.

  4. Mijozlar bilan munosabatlarni mustahkamlash
    Mijozlar faylini yaratish va yangilab borish, potentsial va sotib olgan mijozlarga muntazam qo‘ng‘iroq qilib, ularning tavsiyasi va qayta xarid qilish ehtimolini oshirish.

  5. Salon va sinov mashinalarini boshqarish
    Namoyishdagi mashinalarni toza va ma'lumotlar yorlig‘ini aniq saqlash; sinov mashinalarini har kuni tekshirish va qayd etish, qabul qilish standartlariga muvofiqligini ta'minlash.

  6. Sotish rejasini bajarish
    Oylik/choraklik sotish soni, aksessuarlar, moliyaviy mahsulotlar ulushi kabi KPI ko‘rsatkichlariga erishish.

  7. Bozor haqida ma'lumot berish
    Raqobatchilar faoliyati, mijozlarning narx sezgirligi va bozor o‘zgarishlarini to‘plash; strategiyani tuzatish uchun savdo menejeriga xabar berish.

II. Talablar

  1. Ma'lumot va tajriba
    O‘rta maktab yoki oliy ma'lumot; avtomobil sotish bo‘yicha tajriba majburiy.

  2. Ko‘nikmalar
    Avtomobil tuzilishi, funksiyalari, parametrlari va shu kabilarni yaxshi bilish.

  3. Yumshoq ko‘nikmalar

    • Yaxshi muloqot va tinglash qobiliyati

    • Yuqori stressga chidamlilik va maqsad sari intilish

    • Kuchli xizmat ko‘rsatish tuyg‘usi, sabr va aniqlik

    • Jamoada ishlash, marketing va sotishdan keyingi xizmatlar bilan hamkorlik qilish

  4. Tashqi ko‘rinish va xarakter
    Ozoda ko‘rinish, ko‘zga tashlanadigan tatuirovkalar yo‘q; yomon kredit tarixi yoki jinoyat rekordi bo‘lmasligi kerak.

III. Shartlar

  1. Ish vaqti
    Oyiga 4 kun dam olish, bayram kunlarida almashtirib ishlash.

  2. Ish haqi tuzilmasi
    Asosiy oylik + komissiya.

  3. Imtiyozlar

    • Xodimlar uchun avtomobil sotib olish/xizmat ko‘rsatish chegirmasi

    • Muntazam professional savdo treninglari

  4. Rivojlanish yo‘li
    Savdo maslahatchisi → Katta savdo maslahatchisi → Savdo nazoratchisi/Showroom menejeri → Savdo menejeri → Do‘kon direktori yoki hududiy boshqaruv.

  5. Ish muhiti
    Konditsioner, mijozlar uchun dam olish zonasi, suv sovutgich bilan jihozlangan.
