We are growing fast and now we are looking for Sales Manager/Academic Coordinator to join our team in Minsk.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively engaging with potential customers (warm database), responding to inquiries, and effectively communicating the value of educational products/services using amoCRM.
- Addressing customer concerns and objections, providing appropriate information and solutions to overcome potential obstacles in the sales process.
- Maintaining and managing customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate targeted marketing and effective sales outreach.
- Fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent English, both written and oral, clear pronunciation and ability to hold a conversation (Advanced/Upper-Intermediate).
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Strong communicational and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience of working with CRM systems will be a plus.
