About the Program
This is a structured, practice-oriented path into Business Analysis — from zero to a confident start on real commercial projects.

Business Analysis Specialist Trainee (Training from Scratch with Employment)

You will gain:

• a strong theoretical foundation
• hands-on experience with real tools
• skills required to work on IT projects

Journey in the program:

• Months 1–2 (course): no scholarship
• Months 3–5 (training): scholarship up to 630 AZN gross
• Months 6–11 (work phase): salary up to 1360 AZN gross
• Months 12–14 (advanced work phase): salary up to 2080 AZN gross

Program Structure
1. Online Course: Business Analysis from Scratch (1 month)
A solid entry into the profession:

• training is conducted in English
• classes are held several times a week in the evening (2–2.5 hours), making it easy to combine with your current schedule
• intensive 1-month format for quick and effective learning
• the program includes theory, practice, and homework assignments
• mentors are Middle and Senior Business Analysts
• final assessment at the end of the course
• certificate upon successful completion

2. Laboratory (3–4 months)
Hands-on training and preparation for starting on a commercial project:

• hands-on training focused on commercial project requirements
• teamwork based on Scrum methodology under the guidance of an experienced Tech Lead
• participation in internal and training projects
• weekly feedback and progress tracking
• development of communication, presentation, and English skills
• mastering key Business Analysis tools and processes

Format:

• on-site in Baku
• full-time engagement (5 days a week)

Requirements:

• We are looking for motivated candidates ready to grow:
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken)
• German level: Intermediate or higher is a strong advantage
• background in banking, retail, or logistics will be a plus
• completed UI/UX or programming courses will be a plus
• readiness to complete a traineeship at Andersen
