Accountant - Billing specialist

Our group of companies provides out staffing services (Employment of Record Services) in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia for international clients. We are seeking for an Accountant - Billing specialist. This position is remote. Candidates from any country are welcome. Advance knowledge of English and Russian is required.

Responsibilities:

• Calculating employment costs

• Billing

• HR records

• Payroll

• HR support

• Basic tax consultations

• Labor law consultations

• Remote communication with clients

• Tax reporting

• Payment preparation internet bank system

• Travel expense accounting

• Preparing employment contracts

• Communicating with insurance companies regarding employee insurance

Requirements:

• Work exclusively for our company 8 hours a day, without third-party customers (no moonlighting)

• Higher education in finance or technical fields

• English language native or fluent is required

• Russian language fluent is required

• 6 years of experience in the fields of audit, tax, accounting, finance, controlling

• Advance knowledge of Excel is required

• Ability to study and understand the requirements of tax and labor laws in several countries

• Ability to multitask

• Computer literacy, ability to quickly learn a variety of software

• Fast information processing skills (touch typing, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of tax legislation, ability to find well-thought-out, correct answers to tax questions

• Good communication writing skills
