As a Business Development Manager, you will drive our growth by identifying and closing new B2B opportunities among gaming, iGaming and FinTech, building strong client relationships, and helping companies scale their remote workforce with seamless international payment solutions.
You will lead our sales in targeted region, outreach prospects directly and create a team around you to scale success cases.
Acquiring B2B clients in target markets (Gamedev, iGaming, FinTech)
Build relationships with HRDs, CFOs, Heads of Ops — the people who actually have the burnout and the budget.
The full sales cycle: lead gen, qualification, negotiation, close.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, international payroll regulations, and competitive landscape
Represent the company at industry trade events, conferences, and online forums
5+ years in B2B sales or business development — Fintech, SaaS, payments, gaming, or HR tech.
A real network in Gamedev/ iGaming/ Fintech industry. Not “I know people” — relationships you can call this week.
Track record of going 0 → 1 in a segment.
Solid grasp of global contractor payments or cross-border finance — enough to talk to a CFO about it.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-directed. Comfortable in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
Fluent in English.
